The filter holder is fitted with slats on the inside to prevent the filter paper from sticking to the edge. The precision valve regulates the speed at which the water flows through when preparing a pour over coffee. GINA allows you to experiment with different extraction times in a previously unknown variety and simplicity. A corresponding module is included for preparing a cold drip coffee, which is placed precisely in the glass carafe under the valve. For the full immersion method, the valve can also be closed completely so that the coffee is in contact with the brewing water for longer. This develops stronger aromas and the coffee becomes fuller-bodied.

The multi-purpose coffee maker GINA from Goat Story combines pour over preparation, cold drip and full immersion in one beautifully designed device. The coffee maker consists of a steel frame with the coffee carafe made of borosilicate glass in the middle and a ceramic filter holder above it. The filter holder ends in a precision valve, which can be used to regulate different flow rates.
