This single-circuit portafilter machine is absolutely up to date with all its features and built-in highlights. The puristic design in a matt black look without a lot of frills and reduced to the bare essentials is undoubtedly modern.

Nowadays, it is almost impossible to imagine a technical device without an environmentally friendly standby mode. This is possible and effective thanks to the rapid heating time of just 6-8 minutes, instead of the usual 30 minutes.

Additional highlights

The water supply is regulated by a removable water tank, which has an unusually high capacity of 2 liters. The water supply to the thermoblock has been designed in a highly intelligent way and allows the temperature to fluctuate by a maximum of +/- 1.5 °C. The electronic thermostat is responsible for temperature control. A built-in thermometer also allows you to check the operating mode. The Ascaso Steel UNO is equipped with an easy-care vibration pump and a cup storage area with an additional railing.

The 360° steam wand made of stainless steel is a true professional model among steam wands. The steam is permanent, particularly powerful and is regulated using the steam knob on the right-hand side of the portafilter machine. From now on, burnt fingers when frothing milk are a thing of the past, because the steam pipe does not heat up from the outside thanks to the "no-burn" function.
