This code can then be used to book a workshop appointment online on our website Coffee Hub - Workshops . Our coffee workshops take place in the Coffee Hub in Bremen - a picturesque city with a rich coffee history, ideal for a short visit or excursion. The voucher code remains valid for three years, so that your recipients have plenty of time to plan their coffee experience.

Short instructions for purchasing a voucher for the desired coffee workshop:

Step 1: Select the voucher for the desired coffee workshop (Basic Barista or Basic Latte Art) and add it to your shopping cart.

Step 2: If you would like to purchase other products, add them to your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

Step 3: After you have successfully made the payment, you will be provided with a redemption code both on your order confirmation page and in a separate email.

Step 4: Along with the email to activate your voucher and on the product page, you will find an attractively designed voucher PDF to print out. On this document, you can select the type of coffee workshop, enter the redemption code for booking the appointment, and write down your name and the name of the person receiving the gift. Simply leave any fields that you do not want to fill in blank.

Here’s how you or the recipients redeem the workshop voucher:

After purchasing the voucher for the selected coffee workshop (Basic Barista or Basic Latte Art), you have two options:

Option 1: Use the redemption code you received to book a participation appointment on behalf of the recipient.

Option 2: Write down the redemption code on the blank voucher PDF provided for printing and let the recipient choose a suitable date themselves.

To book the workshop date, you or the recipient please follow these steps:

Step 1: On the website, under Coffee Hub - Workshops , visit the page of the workshop the voucher is valid for (either Basic Barista or Basic Latte Art).

Step 2: Choose a suitable date and add it to your shopping cart. Enter your redemption code here. If there are no other items in the shopping cart, the amount will be adjusted to €0.

Step 3: Go to checkout and fill in the required personal information.

Step 4: On the confirmation page, enter the name of the person receiving the gift, or repeat your own name if you are the participant. Once you have completed the process, you will receive an email with all the necessary information for the workshop.
