Give your loved ones a coffee treat for their birthday, anniversary or other special occasion and give them the gift of coffee expertise. In the Aromatico online shop you can purchase a gift voucher for participation in one of our Basic Barista or Basic Latte Art coffee workshops and surprise your loved ones with a trip into the great universe of the small coffee bean. Once the gift voucher has been paid in full, the redemption code that you receive at the end of the order is activated and can be used by your loved ones or by you online at Coffee Hub - Workshops to book the workshop date. The venue for our coffee workshops is our Coffee Hub in Bremen. By the way: A beautiful city that, as a historic coffee city, is also ideal for a short trip or excursion. The redemption code is valid for three years.

Short instructions for purchasing the respective Coffee Workshop voucher:

Step 1: Place the gift voucher for the respective coffee workshop (Basic Barista or Basic Latte Art) in your shopping cart.

Step 2: If you would like to purchase additional items, you can simply add them to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.

Step 3: After successfully completing the payment process, a redemption code will be displayed on the order confirmation page and sent to you in a separate email.

Step 4: In your voucher activation email and on the product page, you will receive a lovingly designed blank voucher PDF to print out, on which you can tick the relevant coffee workshop, enter the redemption code to book the appointment, your name and the name of the person receiving the gift. Simply leave any fields that you do not need blank.

This is how you or your loved ones can redeem the gift voucher for the respective workshop:

Once you have purchased the voucher for the desired type of coffee workshop (Basic Barista or Basic Latte Art) for your loved ones, you have two options:

Option 1: You use the redemption code sent to you to book a participation date for the gift recipient.

Option 2: You enter the redemption code in the blank voucher PDF to print out and leave it to the recipient to book a suitable appointment.

When booking the appointment, you or the person receiving the gift should proceed as follows:

Step 1: Under Coffee Hub - Workshops, select the type of workshop for which you purchased or received a gift voucher (Basic Barista or Basic Latte Art).

Step 2: Select the desired date and put it in the shopping cart and enter the redemption code. If you have no other products in the shopping cart, the price will be reduced to €0.

Step 3: Proceed to checkout and enter your details there.

Step 4: On the final page, enter the name of the recipient or your name again (if you are the recipient). After completing the “purchase” you will receive all further information about the workshop by email.
