This legacy of espresso culture is a commitment. Starting out as a greengrocer in Via Fabbri, Frederico Bonomi soon pursued his passion for coffee and founded his roasting company in 1886 in Conca del Naviglio, not far from the center of Milan. Here he developed his coffee blends and roasting profiles and laid the foundation for today's company philosophy. The values of quality, sustainability and working together as equals are lived out every day at Bonomi.
