The Temp Control Jug from Sage is a milk jug and thermometer in one. The stainless steel milk jug holds around 480ml of milk, enough to make fine milk foam for two cappuccinos. The outside of the stainless steel is brushed and the spout is slightly curved to ensure precise pouring. The highlight, however, is the integrated thermometer on the side of the jug.

The scale on the milk jug goes from 55°C to 75°C and therefore covers the temperature range for perfect milk foam. Below this and the foam is not firm enough, above this and the milk foam collapses again. The milk jug therefore supports the preparation of exquisite coffee specialties with milk and is also ideal for developing a feel for the right length of time for frothing milk.
