This espresso is characterized by its high Robusta content of 70%, which results in a rich, hazelnut-brown cream. Just as a typical Neapolitan espresso should be. The beans are selected with the utmost care and come from three different countries of origin. The typical southern Italian roasting means that the espresso is very low in acid. So nothing stands in the way of enjoying coffee. The Elmir espresso is ideal as a base for cappuccino or latte macchiato.
