Oatly Barista Oat Drink

Plant-based alternatives to classic cow's milk are becoming more popular every day. It can almost be described as a trend that has triggered a real hype, partly due to purely vegan beliefs but also due to an intolerance to lactose. Anyone who has ever tried to froth a plant-based drink, be it made from oats, soy or almonds, has certainly been disappointed by the foam result. Even trained baristas have a hard time adding impressive latte art to a cappuccino with a classic soy drink that even comes close to the latte art made from cow's milk. The Oatly Barista oat milk, however, comes very close to the frothing experience of classic cow's milk. Ingredients in the plant drink

The plant drink from Oatly is 100% vegan and a delicious treat. Of course, this plant drink is also lactose-free. Unopened, it has a long shelf life at room temperature. Once opened, however, it should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 4-5 days. In addition to oats, the ingredients of the plant drink include water, a little rapeseed oil and a pinch of sea salt. The Oatly Barista Oat Edition is not only suitable as a milk foam alternative, it is also a delicious accompaniment as a small shot in filter coffee, in muesli and as an alternative when baking.
