The robust M47 Phoenix coffee grinder from Kinu is one of the highest quality hand grinders available. This is thanks to the hardened 47 mm conical grinder, which has been refined with Kintu's special "Black Fusion" treatment.

Stepless grinder adjustment

The grinding mechanism of the stainless steel mill can be adjusted very precisely to the perfect grinding level. The fine thread allows adjustment in 0.01 mm, which can be made continuously. The crank knob and the stainless steel axle each have double ball bearings to enable extremely comfortable grinding. This mill only needs around 30-40 seconds for a double shot espresso. The practical case in which the Kinu is delivered reliably protects the mill from damage when traveling.
