The aim of the roasting is to achieve a taste that corresponds to a classic filter coffee. The result is a coffee that is rather strong, with prominent roasted notes of dark chocolate, a full body and noticeable nuances of maple syrup and orange. Kaffeesack recommends Onkel Otto especially for newcomers to the world of high-quality filter coffee.
