The Vienna Melange from the Julius Meinl coffee roastery in Vienna is made from fine Arabica and Robusta coffee beans. The Arabica beans were grown in Brazil, while the Robusta beans come from Vietnam. The beans were roasted to a medium roast level. The Vienna Melange coffee has very few acids. A Melange is a classic Viennese coffee specialty that is enjoyed with milk.

With the Vienna Melange, the roastery has created a blend that has a chocolatey taste with great notes of hazelnuts and is ideal for a melange.
