Simply upgrade

The Fellow Gen 2 Brew Burrs are the grinding discs that are installed as standard in the second generation of the popular Fellow Ode coffee grinder. The new geometry design brings with it some improvements that are also noticeable sensorially. However, Fellow does not let owners of the older version of the Ode down - the individually available grinding discs can be easily inserted into the Gen 1 or Gen 1.1 grinders. It should be noted that due to the new geometry, after replacing the grinding discs, the grinding level recommendations under the lid no longer fit optimally - it is generally recommended to choose a coarser grinding level than with the old grinding discs.

Finer, more even, better

After intensive research and development, Fellow has launched a new generation of 64 mm grinding discs. The most important innovation compared to the grinding discs of the Fellow Ode Gen 1 is the ability to grind finer. While the old grinding discs could achieve a particle size of up to 550 microns, the Fellow Ode Gen 2 Brew Burrs can grind finely up to 250 - 300 microns. This is particularly important for some AeroPress recipes, but preparing espresso or mocha is not possible with the Gen 2 Brew Burrs. The flavor profile of the ground coffee is also new. The Gen 2 Brew Burrs deliver a particularly balanced flavor with a slightly fuller body and a great sweetness. The second generation Brew Burrs are also more forgiving of mistakes in preparation and choice of coffee, making it easier to achieve delicious results. Whether light or dark roast - with the Fellow Ode Gen 2 Brew Burrs, a balanced and delicious drink is child's play.
