The dynamic Easy Tamper from Eureka enables sophisticated tamping results with great comfort and ease of use. For an even extraction of espresso, it is particularly important that the tamping is done vertically so that the espresso puck is evenly thick. Above all, the surface that rests on the portafilter and thus guarantees that the tamping is always vertical, saves a lot of the effort that would otherwise be required. The tamper rests on the portafilter outside the sieve and thus automatically lies vertically. By pressing the handle, the spring-loaded piston with the 58 mm tamper is extended and the coffee grounds are tamped perfectly. When you let go, the piston retracts back into the housing thanks to the spring.
