A select traditional blend of the best Arabica and Robusta beans
If you like Arabica coffee, you will love Diemme Aromatica Oro. The 25% Robusta content gives the multifaceted taste a creamy body.
Gentle enjoyment thanks to surprisingly mild Robusta aromas
The Arabica beans come from high altitudes in Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia and Tanzania, and in a 1000g pack of Diemme Aromatica Oro, 75% of which provide a bouquet rich in nuances. Hints of chocolate can be tasted, along with roasted nuts. 25% Indian Malabar Robusta beans give these aromas a stable base. The result is a full-bodied, strong espresso with crema that contains little acidity.
Wonderful crema for espresso, a pleasure also as a "long version"
As a pure espresso, the power of this fine blend is particularly suitable as a finale after a culinary evening. We recommend preparing this Diemme coffee as a caffè crema or lungo. This literally gives you more time to taste the strength of the Malabar bean in the Miscela Diemme Aromatica Oro. It is one of the particularly high-quality Robusta varieties, with an intense flavor but at the same time characterized by a gentle texture.
The Torrefazione Diemme: Family business with high quality standards
As with many Italian torrefazione, the story of Diemme Kaffee began with a pioneering spirit, passion and artisanal roasting. In the province of Padua, the founding father Romeo Dubbini relied exclusively on coffee beans from the top locations of the world's coffee cultivation at the end of the 1920s. The family business, run by the founder's grandchildren in the third generation, maintains this strict quality philosophy today with consistent dedication to the tradition handed down.
