For the Sto Bain, Café Badilatti uses carefully selected and gently but strongly roasted coffee beans. The 80% Arabica beans come from Brazil and Nicaragua, the 20% Robusta portion consists of Monsooned Malabar coffee from India and Robusta beans from Java. This blend gives the Sto Bain an intense, aromatic taste. The bean ratio makes this blend a true all-rounder for espresso, ristretto, cappuccino and much more.
