With the Engiadina, the Café Badilatti roastery has created a blend of 90% Arabica beans from India, Brazil and Central America and 10% Robusta beans from Asia. The blend gives the Engiadina an interesting aroma. The Engiadiana is excellent for espresso and coffee crema.
