The Espresso Aurum Fairtrade is a blend of 95% Arabica beans and 5% espresso beans. The Arabica beans come from Central and South America. The Robusta beans come from Southeast Asia. The Aurum is fairly traded. The espresso is balanced and mild. Fruity notes and notes of dark chocolate harmonize to create a great taste.

Joseph Schreyögg founded the company in 1890. To this day, the company stands for tradition and great knowledge of the art of roasting. The coffee roastery roasts using drum roasting, also known as long-term roasting. This allows the aromas to develop optimally and remain intense. The roastery is based in Partschins near Merano, South Tyrol. Its high-quality coffee blends are the result of quality, tradition and experience.
