Mikah has been roasting in Italy since 1984 and is now represented in 46 countries around the world. The roastery has deep roots in Arabic coffee culture and the team does its best every day to meet the expectations of its customers. The goal is to achieve a high quality standard at an international level without losing sight of its own values. To ensure this, Mikah's employees are well trained, from the theory of growing green coffee in the countries of origin, through the production process, to the theory and practice of preparing the coffee with professional machines.
Massimo Hakim
The founder of the Mikah roastery is Massimo Hakim, an enthusiast who knows how to enjoy life. This is also reflected in the coffees from his roastery. He manages to connect people all over the world through a simple cup of coffee, always keeping the quality of the coffee in mind. The CEO still personally selects Mikah's partners to ensure that they always fit the brand.

Mikah Coffee always roasts slowly in small batches, which allows the perfect taste to fully develop.
