Innovation and new technologies are an indispensable support for Diemme, which always strives to increase the quality standards of its product and is constantly looking for the perfect coffee. In fact, Diemme is one of the few coffee roasters in Italy to have an optical sorting system for the raw material in its production plant. This uses full-colour technology combined with infrared and InGaAs vision systems, so that quality can be guaranteed without foreign bodies. The company is also convinced that there can be no innovation without tradition and craftsmanship, which means experience and continuous research. This is why at the DiemmeAcademy - the heart of the company, a training and development centre - product selections are made and new roasting profiles are studied according to the needs and trends of the constantly changing market.
