The V50 is the first machine from Rancilio with a horizontal motor and 50 mm vertical flat grinder. The 50 mm grinding discs are made of stainless steel. Rancilio has opted for a high-quality, modern design for the V50 and has created a model that leaves nothing to be desired. The design is extremely ergonomic, there is a control ring for the grinding level and an extra filter holder, so grinding your favorite coffee can be really fun.

Easy setting of the correct grinding level and easy operation

The ring is very prominent, allowing you to adjust and lock the grinding level by simply turning it. It is also practical that different grinding level points can be read on the ring and that your favorite settings can be marked so that the grinding level you like can be easily selected again the next time you grind. The 50 mm stainless steel grinding discs guarantee consistent, precise grinding of the selected coffee beans. The on-demand grinder makes it very easy for the barista to find the right grinding level. There are two options to choose from: there is an automatic pre-set dosage, or a manual option to personalize the grinding level yourself and adjust it to your own taste. Up to 0.5 kg of coffee beans can fit into the bean container. Rancilio has built in extra anti-static technology to ensure that the beans do not end up in the portafilter with an electrostatic charge once they have been ground.
