The Top Decaf from Pellini is made from 100% Arabica beans. These come from Central and South America and are medium roasted, which makes the beans very mild and less acidic. They were slowly roasted by hand in a rotary drum. The Top Decaf tastes sweet and has fruity and long-lasting aromas.
