Unmistakable aromas and notes

Immerse yourself in the world of exquisite coffee enjoyment with the Colombia San Gabriel 250 g from Nord Coast Coffee Roastery. These high-quality 100% Arabica beans are carefully and lovingly grown in the Huila region of Colombia, at an impressive altitude of 1,500 - 1,900 meters. This unique terroir gives the coffee its distinctive aromas and notes. The Colombia San Gabriel beans are gently and precisely roasted to a light roast in order to preserve their natural aromas and characteristics as best as possible. With the first sip, you will be greeted by a harmonious interplay of caramel, citrus and raspberry. These notes combine to create a refreshing taste experience that will pamper your palate.

Finca San Gabriel

The coffee beans are grown in the renowned Huila region in Colombia and belong to the Tabi variety. Huila is internationally known for its top quality coffee cultivation. The unique climatic conditions and volcanic soils of this region enable the creation of cup profiles that are characterized by their invigorating freshness, sweet notes and fruity aromas. Finca San Gabriel has been proudly owned by the Ospina family for more than five decades and has been passed down from generation to generation until it is finally in the hands of Graciela Rodriguez Ospina and her siblings, who now successfully run the farm. Graciela is strongly committed to ensuring that women have the freedom to carry out any task they want on the property, be it in cultivation, harvesting or processing. Graciela emphasizes that the support of women in the day-to-day running of the farm is the decisive factor in its success. After all, they are the ones who usually carry out their tasks with particular commitment and dedication, which is directly reflected in the outstanding quality of the coffee beans.
