Eight drinks are already pre-installed at the factory, nine can be individually programmed using the "My Coffee" function. Each of these specialties can be divided into three aroma profiles using the Aroma Balance System. Thanks to the Milk Control System, you can choose the temperature of your favorite drink in four levels, and the coffee strength in five levels. You can save your recipes using live programming. These include classic espresso, café crème, caffè lungo, cappuccino and latte macchiato. Hot milk and hot water can of course also be obtained. Operation is very intuitive using the large 5 TFT touch display, which is exclusive to this series. Alternatively, you can prepare your coffee using Aroma Pre-Select with the Nivona app according to barista recommendations. The in-house Nivona app can be easily linked via an integrated Bluetooth module, so that you can prepare your favorite drinks at any time using your smartphone.

The Nivona CafeRomatica 970 is perfect for the home or small offices. The 2.2l capacity of the water tank is enough for several coffee specialties, as is the 270g capacity of the bean container. The 15 bar pump pressure ensures optimal extraction of your valuable beans. The high-quality inner values are also reflected visually. The fully automatic machine is clad in a classy titanium look and is a real eye-catcher in your kitchen, especially thanks to the eight-color adjustable water tank lighting and the two-color cup lighting. The device has rear wheels for better mobility.

Environmentally friendly
The Nivona 970 can be operated in a particularly environmentally friendly way using the Eco mode. Once you have had your last coffee speciality of the day, you can switch the device off using the zero-watt switch as if you had pulled the plug. The height of the coffee spout can be adjusted up to 14 cm, so that even larger cups and latte macchiato glasses have enough space. The cleaning, descaling and rinsing programs start at the touch of a button, making maintenance particularly convenient. The brewing unit can be easily removed for hygienic cleaning. In addition to the fully automatic machine itself, the delivery also includes the corresponding milk hose, a portioning spoon, cleaning tablets, an aroma protection lid, a milk container, the operating instructions and water test strips. Also included is a Claris fresh water filter, which ensures the longevity of your machine, less frequent descaling and the better taste of your favorite drinks, especially in hard water.
