The upper shape of the Bialetti New Moka Induction has also retained its octagonal shape. However, this model differs significantly in appearance from the usual espresso pots from Bialetti due to its lower boiler made of stainless steel. Thanks to this boiler, espresso can be made on the induction hob. This is a completely new way of preparing coffee. Then and Now
In the beginning, the manufacturer Alfonso Bialetti only produced semi-finished aluminum products. He did this in his own workshop. He increasingly enjoyed steering production further towards functionality and design. With strong support from his son, who largely took care of marketing, the Moka Express was created in 1933, which is the original idea behind all Bialetti espresso pots. One of the many product lines today is the New Moka Induction, which perfectly reflects the spirit of the times.
