Unmistakable product variety

From the very beginning, quality has been a top priority at Minges and is therefore a major part of the company's values. For this reason, the roastery only processes the best green coffee beans from a wide variety of growing regions around the world. Minges India Malabar Monsooned coffee stands out from the range due to its special monsooning process. The taste is significantly milder without losing the full aromas. The Minges Brasil Highland coffee, which is packaged in an original wooden barrel, is an exceptional visual highlight. But Minges' product variety does not end there - there is something for every taste and preference.

Original Minges long-term roasting

Through the uniform rotation of the traditional drum roasting process, at a temperature of 210 degrees Celsius, the coffee beans are roasted without coming into direct contact with the flame.

Although this process takes much longer than industrial hot air roasting, it is the only way to guarantee that all irritants and bitter substances are lost and the coffee is much more digestible. This method is very gentle, so that the beans have enough time to develop their full aroma. This means that nothing stands in the way of enjoying the coffee and a harmonious taste is guaranteed.
