MariaSole

MariaSole is characterized by the passion and temperament of the Italian island of Sicily. The south of Italy loves strong coffee with strong roasted aromas, which is why a dark roast is standard here. MariaSole roasts the coffee dark, but a fine, exposed flavor still develops.

Perfect taste with coffee from Mariasole

The three unique blends make the brand stand out in particular. The MariaSole Bio Caffè Espresso, MariaSole Caffè Espresso and MariaSole Caffè Crema blends are very convincing! The Bio Caffè Espresso is a high-quality organic coffee that is particularly delicious and harmonious. The MariaSole Caffè Espresso has a pleasant acidity, an incomparable aroma and a nutty and chocolaty taste. Delicious notes of roasted walnut, chocolate and fruit greet you when you taste the MariaSole Caffè Crema. MariaSole's passion is visibly evident in the well-thought-out designs and, above all, in the taste of the entire product range!

Traditional drum roasting process

The careful selection of the highest quality Arabica and Robusta beans plays a decisive role in the production of a harmonious espresso. The raw coffee qualities are subjected to intensive testing before roasting and optimized for later taste. Centuries-old knowledge and sophisticated craftsmanship make up this unmistakable espresso coffee from MariaSole. The classic, original drum roasting process produces a particularly mild, creamy coffee with a dense consistency. The beans are roasted with the utmost care over an open fire, which extends the average roasting time to 15 to 25 minutes. The slow roasting over a wood fire produces a coffee with a low content of bitter substances, which makes the coffee very delicious.

Back to the Origin of Sicily

When MariaSole was taken over by the international sales company Caffè Cultura GmbH, the company decided to return to the old roasting masters and preserve the long-standing knowledge and traditions of its homeland. In addition to the traditional brand, the company also sells the Mille Soli brand.
